This is our very first take of Morning Motions of the Soul, and before sharing it more widely, we’d love to invite you into the experience and hear your feedback. As part of our MOS ©iEnneagram community, your wisdom and experience are gifts to us!

What if you began your morning not by doing more, but by noticing more?

Join us for Morning Motions of the Soul, a 12-minute guided Scripture reading and contemplative practice that invites you to slow down, receive God’s love, and listen for the Holy Spirit’s presence and activity through your body, heart, and mind.

Note: Our inaugural episode runs a little longer as we introduce the practice!

Each morning, we’ll follow a simple rhythm:

Receive. Listen. Notice. Discern. Respond.

No experience necessary. Just come as you are.
