Hosanna to Relentless Love

Hosanna to Relentless Love!
Hosanna to the One accused and sinless
and by whose wounds, I am healed.

In these days of
palms
worship
communion
betraying kisses
crucifixion
I remember Your Relentless Love put on trial.

This Holy Week, I contemplate
trials
accusations
scourging
piercing
the cross.
May I learn from your innocence and from your silence.

These Holy days I remember the 
sick
poor
abused
forgotten
trafficked 
tricked
ignorant
and all those who have not experienced Relentless Love.

On our way to Resurrection
I pause
examine
confess
and with oceans of gratitude and awe proclaim–
Hosanna!
God saves us
then, now, and always!
Hosanna!
