Jonah is the guy who was told to go help the people of Ninevah come to God. He decided to go his own way and found himself swallowed by his own disobedience. The story of Jonah reveals that there is a little Jonah in all of us. We’re sorry to say that there have been times that we haven’t done what God told us to do and experienced Jonah-like results (more on that this Sunday).
Who has the Holy Spirit been prompting you to talk to, rescue… introduce to God? Does the idea of going to the person God has in his heart unnerve you? Repel you? Intimidate you? What’s it going to take for God to get you there? We want to help…
HomeFest is an easy invitation. The concert/service and children’s carnival are FREE! The BBQ tickets for a guest are only $3 for ribs and $1 for hot dogs! A $6 rib ticket and $1 hot dog ticket is available for CCM family. It couldn’t be easier to bring someone to Christ than paying for their lunch… we will do the rest!
